2025 Designer Showhouse
I am so thrilled to announce that Holiday House is returning out east this summer with its 7th Hamptons Designer Showhouse! This year our showhouse is going to take place at 392 Seven Ponds Towd Rd in Water Mill, NY. This summer’s exciting new residence has been generously provided by Michael Crocitto of East End Building. Set amidst the serene beauty of a 50-acre reserve, 392 Seven Ponds Towd Road is a breathtaking modern estate spanning 11,000 +/- SF across three levels, featuring eight bedrooms, nine full and two half bathrooms, and an elevator connecting all to the roof deck offering heroic 360° views.
More than 15 of the industry’s top interior designers will transform this home to showcase cutting edge decor and chic lifestyle concepts to be viewed by the general public, the design industry and design enthusiasts all while raising critical funds for breast cancer research.
We want to extend huge thanks to our loyal patrons for your tremendous support over the years and we can’t wait to be reunited again this summer to enjoy the best of interior design and most importantly to work towards our mutual goal of living in a world without breast cancer.

Holiday House Hamptons 2025 is returning this summer with a Designer Showhouse where approximately 20 of the industry’s top interior designers will transform an exquisite home to showcase cutting edge decor and chic lifestyle concepts to be viewed by the general public, the design industry and design enthusiasts all while raising critical funds for breast cancer research.

Founder Iris Dankner is a breast cancer survivor and created the Holiday House to raise crucial funds for the prevention and cure of breast cancer.
Proceeds from Holiday House events benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF), which was founded by Evelyn Lauder in 1993 and works tirelessly towards achieving prevention and a cure for breast cancer by providing critical funding for innovative clinical research at leading medical centres worldwide, and increasing public awareness about good breast health.
